We absolutely want you to be thrilled with your Lamb & Kid purchase! We do our very best to ensure the accuracy of your order when it ships. If, for any reason, we have made a mistake in your order, we will absolutely make it right for you. We ask that you review your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of receipt for return instructions.

We know that sometimes you change your mind! We can accept returns within 45 days of your order date. Yarn should be in its original condition and unwound. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our mistake or a faulty good. Returns will be processed to the credit card or bank account of the original purchase; if your original purchase method is no longer available, we will issue you store credit.
