Join us to make your next sweater! Want to build confidence with pattern reading or techniques that are new to you? Fancy trying out a new sweater shape? Want dedicated knitting time where you're sure to make some project progress? Eager to meet other sweater knitters and have some fun? Then this workshop is for you! We'll meet four times over six weeks to work together on the sweater of your choice.
Skills required: comfort with knitting and purling flat and in the round, short rows, increases and decreases, and some pattern-reading experience.
Information covered, based on your pattern choice: swatching and choosing a size, basic sweater geography, short rows, special pattern stitches, and basic pattern modifications.
If you've never knit a garment but have ample knitting experience and want to dive in, email us at shop@thelambandkid.com and we'll get back to you with patterns we think are particularly suited to first-time sweater success
