Introducing: Elmer Tweed and a New Pattern!

Thank you for such a good time at Wool & Folk! Of course, it’s the wonderful people and lovely company that always make it so special. We were just tickled to see so many of you there!

We’re not headed home quite yet— we’ll be at Sheep and Wool on Saturday in Rhinebeck, NY.

Also exciting, we debuted a brand new base that’s near and dear to our hearts, Elmer Tweed.

Elmer Tweed is woolen spun with more than just a pinch of cashmere. It has a rustic essence and a beautiful richness. It’s fantastic on its own and perfect for colorwork. This tweed holds its shape beautifully while remaining lightweight. The little tweedy bits of color keep you wanting to knit “just one more round” in anticipation of what bits will appear next. This incredibly plush yarn will bring you right onto the tweed bandwagon if we do say so ourselves! (Elmer Tweed is 70% wool and 30% cashmere.)
