Welcome Eiderdown!

Sarah holding up a square shawl.

New pattern available today! We're excited to release Eiderdown, a square shawl that features a touch of lace and a lot of Stockinette -- stitch after stitch to relax into and enjoy. This is both a process and a product knit, perfect for a quiet season’s project. We know you’ll love wearing your finished square too -- it’s sized so that when you fold it on the diagonal, you have ample tails to tuck into a coat (or your best sweatshirt).

Download your free pattern from our website here, or on Ravelry!

The pattern shows two samples: A one color version knit in Downy Fingering in the color Cambric. If you'd like to do a one color shawl, you'll need 3 skeins of Downy Fingering (available in the weekend DTO!), or approx. 1150 yards of a fingering weight yarn. We also show a two color version knit in Dimond Laine Elmer Tweed Fingering in the color Thermal and Dimond Laine Elmer Fingering in the color Gray Is My Favorite Color.

Yes, there are kits! We've put together a few of our favorite color combinations for the weekend dyed-to-order event to tempt you!

Available to purchase here!

We can't wait for you to have an Eiderdown on your needles. Tag us early and often so we can see your progress!
