The Lamb & Kid is a shop located on beautiful Bainbridge Island that offers a stunning selection of exquisite artisan yarn. We find beauty in the world around us and aim to inspire and bolster a community of free-flowing creativity. Our work is centered around our passion for yarn and our beloved knitting community. We house yarns filled with heart and soul– thoughtfully sourced from mills and brands that share our values. We also supply accessories, notions, and charming trinkets too.

We offer our own private-label yarn and carry a selection of yarn from some of our favorite dyers. Our passion for beautiful hues has inspired us to provide unique colorways, ranging from vibrant to demure— and everything in between. Our never-ending love of fiber and texture compels us to create bases that work beautifully on their own, but really shine when held with another base. 

The Lamb & Kid seeks to be a haven filled with warmth and whimsy. We believe that authenticity and passion resonate deeply within our community and bring about profound connection. This passion and care will always be at the heart of what we do. We cherish the knitting community’s camaraderie and diversity; it enriches our lives and nurtures our creativity.
