If you're anything like the Kids at Lamb & Kid, you immediately dove into Vogue's first look at the Wuthering Heights costumes and swooned. Absolute artistry at its finest. If only your wardrobe could be as bold and colorful as Margot Robbie's.
But guess what?
You're a knitter.
So indeed it can.
That's why we've cataloged all the looks and pulled our favorite patterns from our ever-growing queue straight to the front of the line. Inspired by the fashion of Wuthering Heights, here's what we'll be making this season:
1. The Giselle Blouse in Sleepover on Trio and Blueberry on Mho Mho
Cathy's high-shine blue-black dress is our favorite look from the preview. Inspired by that gorgeously moody costume and Cathy's multitude of puff sleeve ensembles, we're looking to knit a sweater that reflects a similar sentiment. Enter Fabel Knitwear's Giselle Blouse - it's dramatic, its romantic, and it would look stellar in sleepover on trio as the base with a slightly darker Blueberry Mho Mho for the sleeves.

2. The Sno Cap Hood in Poppy on Tod Worsted / Farmhouse on Elmer Tweed Worsted
What a statement piece. Just like Wuthering Heights, we are loving the use of bold color to steal the show - good thing that's what Lamb & Kid is known for (cough cough Pop Rocks)! We're leaning towards holding Elmer Tweed Worsted (Elmer is an all-time favorite amongst the Kids) in something with a splash of bright color (see Farmhouse).

3. Pickles Over the Top Puffy Sleeve in Vintage on Elmer and Birdie held together
One piece in the preview was inspired by a Swiss peasant costume from the mid-19th century, particularly that of Franz Xaver Winterhalter’s A Swiss Girl from Interlaken painting. Loving the openness of that ensemble, we swiftly remembered a sweater in our que. That's why we cannot wait to cast on the Over the Top Puffy Sleeve in the ever-classic colorway of vintage. You could also knit this up in antique or nostalgia if you're feeling like knitting into further wordplay.

5. The Bifurca Vest in Choux and Jammy on Trio
The internet had opinions about Margot Robbie's early looks during the film. Stylistically, we loved it. Stylistically, we also love the Bifurca vest by Teti Lutsak. It is the perfect layering piece with exquisite details. If you want to use similar colors to Teti's sample, we recommend our choux with jammy accents on trio.

5. The Bell Cardi in Petit Four on Birdie and Trio held together
This show-stopper has been in our que for years, and we finally feel like its time to shine amongst the stars similar to that of Cathy's picnic hat. We're holding nothing back with voluminous texture and stand-out color. We're planning to hold our birdie and trio together to give this a more structured look while maintaining maximum softness.
