Beginning Crochet at The Lamb & Kid

We are so excited to welcome crochet designer and teacher Nikki Reynolds (@stitch.storie on Instagram!) to The Lamb & Kid!
Tuesdays May 12 & 19, 10:00 am - 12:30 pm
Held at our shop on Bainbridge Island.
In this beginner friendly class, you'll learn the essential skills to start crocheting with confidence!
We'll cover the fundamentals step by step, and you'll end the class with your very own pair of fingerless gloves.
Techniques you'll learn:
- Tensioning the yarn in your left hand
- Crocheting in the round
- Chain, half double crochet, double crochet stitch
- Crochet ribbing
Materials Needed:
- Aran or light bulky weight yarn in two colors (100g each)
- Scissors
- Tapestry needle
- Stitch markers
Hook and pattern will be provided. If you'd like to purchase materials from the shop, students will receive 15% off all class supplies.
