The Gem Sweater by Irene Lin is a beautifully oversized lace patterned sweater that we’re seriously obsessed with! It's such a good pattern, too, with both written and charted instructions. We can see it dressed up or down with jeans or wide-leg pants, or over a skirt or dress– an all-seasons type of sweater!
Our sample is a size one and shown on Kate with a few inches less ease than the pattern photos. The fit is sort of a pick-your-own adventure– our sample looks great on a variety of bodies (we tried our size one on a 42" bust and it was an adorable fitted cropped moment!) so you really have the option to go for the oversized look or a more tailored fit. Either way, it’s so so good.
