STRIPES! Sweater Kits

Our love for Andrea Mowry's STRIPES! pattern goes all the way back to day one of The Lamb & Kid. So, when we got Trio DK in earlier this year, we couldn't wait to knit another one up! It arrived recently and we're in love with the juicy, sweet, autumnal colors. We thought you might like it too?! And because we all love a choice, we swatched up another punchy color option as well. We chose five colors for our stripe sequence, but we encourage you to play! Andrea offers yardage for both a two-color and a nine-color stripe sequence on her pattern and we've kitted up five colors divided equally across your yardage required. You should have plenty to each color to play with your striping sequence!

In addition to these yarn bundles (for a full-length sweater with equally distributed stripes in five colors), you'll need your copy of pattern from Andrea Mowry. It's available on Ravelry, here.

The Lamb & Kid Trio DK:

We're offering this yarn in 100 gram, 275 yard skeins. Trio DK is everything you love about our fingering-weight Trio, in a DK-weight custom-milled trifecta of 70% merino, 20% cashmere, and 10% nylon. It's a smoothly-spun, hard-working yarn that takes the dye beautifully, giving every color an extra glow-up! Trio DK's merino content provides beautiful texture and memory, the cashmere brings a sumptuous hand, and the hint of nylon adds structure in draping and durability. We adore this new yarn for sweaters and accessories alike!

DK Weight 70% Merino / 20% Cashmere / 10% Nylon 275 yds per 100 grams.

Hand wash suggested. Lay flat to dry.
