When we saw the Ceallaigh Sweater we knew a Birdie held double version was in our future! We chose classic PNW colors for a bold and earthy combination. We're also dreaming of ones in other colors from this weekend's dyed-to-order; you can match our New Normas with Wish You Were Here, Duckworth, and Springfield, or Vintage, Loam, and Air Mail. Or how about Loam, Springfield, and Vintage? The possibilities for your perfect plaid are endless!
Pattern is available on Ravelry: Ceallaigh Sweater by Johanna Gehrisch
Ceallaigh Sweater kits are dyed-to-order and will ship starting the week of 9/2/25.

74% Baby Suri Alpaca, 26% Silk
Birdie is known for its drape, this gorgeously soft baby suri alpaca yarn is blended with silk for strength. Birdie is the perfect alternative for those desiring a fluffy halo, but are allergic or sensitive to mohair. When held with another yarn, Birdie gives more opaque coverage than Mho Mho. Try it held single for a diaphanous effect, or doubled with itself, or another yarn, for more substance. To note: colors take slightly lighter to Birdie and its sisters, than to other bases.
